Sign up with your work email. The free version works for basics but runs out fast once you upload files — which we do a lot.
Apollo
Sign up free with your work email and check you reach the main dashboard.
NotebookLM
Sign in with your Google account and check you can click “Create new notebook”.
Already use ChatGPT? Keep it handy — we’ll compare it with Claude, but you don’t need to set anything up for it.

Huzaifa Dhapai is the Founder of Fiaxe, a Mumbai-based AI and automation agency that helps businesses adopt practical, workflow-first AI solutions. With nearly a decade across AI consulting, corporate training and automation, he has trained over 1 lakh professionals at organisations including Mahindra, Volkswagen, Pfizer, Tata Consumer Products, DSP Mutual Fund, Leo Burnett, Publicis Media and Schbang.
Before founding Fiaxe, he spent seven years at IIDE, progressing through seven roles and eventually leading Digital Learning and Business Technology. He is the creator of the PET Framework for prompt engineering, now used across multiple corporate training programmes.
His sessions are built on application rather than theory. Every workshop is hands-on and tool-driven, with real workflows that participants can take back to their desks the same day — working regularly with Claude, Apollo and NotebookLM.

What's the difference between the two batches?+
None — both batches cover the exact same hands-on session on the same day. The morning batch runs 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM and the afternoon batch runs 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Just pick whichever suits your schedule.
How does the seat counter work?+
Each batch has a fixed capacity and the counter is live — it counts down as people register. When a batch fills up it closes, so reserve early to lock your preferred time.
Do I need a technical background?+
No. The session is built on application, not theory. Everything is hands-on and tool-driven, designed for professionals across every function.
